SPMHA RAFFLE!

On Monday, December 14th at 6:30 PM, the draw for SPMHA's raffle (license 278482) commenced with the help of many from the Executive as well as some innocent bystanders.  Thanks to those who came and separated tickets, videotaped, photographed, and phoned winners.  The raffle is now complete for this year and if you have comments or suggestions for next year's fundraising initiatives, please send them to maryminnoch@gmail.com.  As well, feel free to contact if you have any questions from this year's raffle.

All winners have been notified and have one year to claim their prize.  To claim your prize, you must appear in person at the Minor Hockey office at Millennium Place during regular office hours with the bearer portion of your ticket stub.  If you do not have the bearer portion, you must appear in person with proof of identification (photo ID) at the Minor Hockey office and sign a document indicating that the ticket did belong to you.  You will be given a cheque for the amount of your prize when the administrator is assured of your identity.  If a prize remains unclaimed by midnight on December 14th of 2010, the Sherwood Park Minor Hockey Executive may vote to award that prize to a worthy registered charity.  Should the name of anyone under the age of 18 have been written on a winning ticket stub, an account must be set up to hold the funds in trust until the time of their 18th birthday.
