The Strathcona County Referee Association (SCRA) supports the assigning, development, certification and ongoing education of officials serving minor hockey associations throughout Strathcona County, including Sherwood Park Minor Hockey, Strathcona Minor Hockey, Sherwood Park Kings Athletic Club and SPS Fuzion.

Referees are an essential part of our game. They help create a safe, fair and positive environment for players to compete, develop and enjoy hockey. From a young official working their first U9 game to experienced referees handling high-level competition, every official plays an important role in keeping the game moving and upholding its standards.

SCRA is committed to helping officials build confidence, improve their skills and grow within the game while supporting the associations, teams and families they serve.
